How can I obtain free delivery?
We offer free "next day" delivery on all UK orders over £100.
Do you ship internationally?
Power Pong UK ships to the UK, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and Gibraltar. However, we have official Power Pong distributors and dealers in lots of other regions. You can find these listed under "Regions" at the top of our site.
If we don't appear to have a distributor in your region please email info@powerpong.co.uk and we can discuss your options.
Why are the GBP prices higher than the USD prices?
A few customers have asked why our GBP prices are higher than the USD prices displayed at www.powerpong.org. Some have even asked if they can buy from the US site instead to save money.
The difference in price is largely due to the various ways VAT is added. You'll find that most branded items appear to be cheaper in the US but this is because their prices are listed excluding VAT. In the UK and Europe, retail prices must be listed including VAT (unless you are selling business-to-business).
In terms of buying a Power Pong robot from the US, that isn't possible as Attila doesn't ship to the UK. But even if he did, it would actually end up being more expensive!
The PP5000 retails for $1,849 (roughly £1,500). Shipping the robot to the UK would cost £100, so that's £1,600 total. But then when the robot arrives in the UK the shipping company would send you a bill for 20% import VAT and customs duties of 2.7% (plus they usually charge a small fee for the service too). That would mean your PP5000 robot from the US would end up costing you over £1,950!
How much space will I need?
Table Tennis England recommend a minimum playing area of 8m x 4m for "recreational play, practice and coaching". However, that is assuming you are training with another player who needs as much room as you do.
A Power Pong robot only requires 30cm of space. Therefore, you only need 5.67m of space to replicate playing in an 8m long playing area. To put that into perspective, most single car garages are between 5.5m and 6m in length. Perfect!

Please ensure that your billing name and address is entered exactly as it appears on your statements. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate. Your card is not charged until the order ships.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Power Pong is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. If you encounter any problems at all with your Power Pong robot, please email info@powerpong.co.uk. We promise to fix or replace your robot within a week.
If you would like to return your Power Pong robot, for any reason, for a full refund, you must let us know (by emailing info@powerpong.co.uk) within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return your goods to us after letting us know.

How do I use a promotion/coupon code?
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field during checkout. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click "Apply" in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be automatically displayed and deducted from the total. If the code is invalid, expired, or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, a discount will not be applied.
